About Shipping & Fee

Our products are packed in glass bottles or jar, hot filling sealed with vacuum and stored in fridge.

This process keeps fresh for you to enjoy upon delivery.

Please keep in the fridge after opening the bottle or jar and store in a cool dark place.

We offer you delivery options for package.

(1) Free delivery in Banff.

(2) $10 delivery in Canmore, Free shipping order over $25

(3) $35 delivery in Cochrane, Free shipping order over $40

(4)$40 delivery in Calgary, Free shipping orders over $50.

Please note that we currently only deliver to the above locations.

Order and Delivery Schedule

We would appreciate that orders are placed earlier than the preferred delivery date by the customer.

Deliveries will be fulfilled on Tuesday or Thursday of the same week.

Advanced ordering is required, and late orders may be scheduled for the following week.

The Retailer is encouraged to contact the Supplier in advance to discuss any special requests or changes.

As all products are handcrafted in small batches, these scheduling requirements are in place to ensure consistent quality, food safety, and reliable inventory management. The Supplier kindly requests the all customer understanding and cooperation in maintaining these standards.
